About Funagi

Funagi are a Dutch electro/fidget/bassline duo who started producing tracks under the name 'Bassmakers' late 2009. Just recently they decided to change their name to 'Funagi'. While only producing for just a short period of time, their tracks are already supported by artists like Mustard Pimp, Blatta & Inesha, Dem Slackers, PeaceTreaty and more. Many remix requests have followed, which resulted in releases for Touché Records and Electrico Records. More releases with remixes and originals will follow soon!

Also they decided to start DJ-ing halfway 2010 to play out their own and other peoples' songs. This already resulted in sharing the stage with artists like Don Diablo, Dem Slackers, Sandro Silva, Mightyfools, Noisia, Fukkk Offf, Schlachthofbronx, Guerilla Speakerz and many more. Funagi are also the resident DJ's at FokTop! at Burgerweeshuis, Deventer and at Electrocution at Hedon, Zwolle. Funagi are ready to play and produce a lot more in the upcoming time!
